[/blockquote][/blockquote]Becca groaned, untangling her legs from her pink and purple striped comforter before rolling over to stare at her alarm clock. Merlin… that man in the muggle shop had been right; they were bloody loud as hell and absolutely impossible to ignore. It was only four in the afternoon, but she’d had a double shift the previous night, and had gotten home at eleven in the morning. She had promptly fell asleep, and the only reason she was awake now, was because of the bloody alarm. Becca narrowed her eyes, reaching under her head to pull her pillow over her face; maybe she’d loose enough oxygen that she’d just trickle off into some sort of slumber. At least that way she wouldn’t have to go visit her parents. The pink haired girl stayed that way for a good few seconds before deciding the alarm was just too loud to ignore completely. Becca rolled off her bed, landing on the ground with a soft ‘thump’ before she reached a hand up and turned the blaring clock off.
Rubbing the sleep from her eyes, she stood up, briefly glancing at her appearance in the mirror before grimacing. Merlin, she looked a mess. Her hair was a mass of curly pink hair, her eye makeup was smudge all over the top half of her face, and her clothes were wrinkled. Becca sighed, scrunching up her face and returning her hair to its normal, soft curls before peeling off her shirt and shorts. She walked over to her closet, considering the large array of clothes for a few minutes before plucking an acid green skirt, pink bikini top and brown leather jacket from their hangers. The outfit was loud and completely out of the ordinary; perfect for irritating her parents.
She dressed quickly, casting a few glamor's on her face so that her makeup appeared as pristine as normal. Becca grabbed her wand from her bedside table before zipping up her jacket and apparating in front of the Lacey Mansion. Taking a deep breath, she began the long trek up the cobblestone driveway, unzipping her jacket to reveal the bikini top as she walked. Becca smoothed her skirt before gently pressing the doorbell. There was no turning back now, but she was ready this time.
